Edison Common is a 13,130 sq. ft. retail centre located in the Winnipeg suburb of North Kildonan. The centre was purchased in the fall of 2013 and a comprehensive redevelopment was completed in 2014. When purchased, Edison Common was 40% vacant. As of 2017 the mall is now 100% occupied with 11 medical and retail tenants.
